    eggplant, ricotta, spinach and mozzarella, tomato, basil sauce

    spinach pasta, filled with vegetables, ricotta and parmigiano served with a bolognese sauce

    shrimp wrapped with prosciutto and eggplant, roasted and served with a plum tomato, garlic and basil sauce, over risotto

  • Salmone Arrostito

    roasted salmon fillet, mustard, garlic and white wine sauce, with mussels, tomatoes and spinach, served over angel hair pasta

  • Pollo Rollettine

    chicken breast, filled with prosciutto, asparagus and mozzarella, breaded and pan fried, marsala wine and vegetables

  • Vitello Ai Ferri

    veal cutlets, filled with prosciutto, mozzarella and garlic, grilled and served with mushrooms, sage and white wine sauce and a vegetable bundle
